The Internal Mirror™
The 7 Relationship Connectors
The 7 Connectors help you see relationships as dynamic, evolving systems—where no connection must be “perfect" or 100% compatible but where clarity around what is and isn’t present
empowers conscious choices, deeper acceptance,
clearer communication, healthy boundaries, and authentic connections.
This 8-week course is designed for anyone
seeking deeper insight into all of their relationships.
The 7 Relationship Connectors offers a powerful framework that brings simplicity and clarity to the often-complex question of compatibility and authentic connection.

Rather than focusing on surface-level traits or short-term chemistry, this course explores the seven core ways people authentically connect
—and how each connection reveals a specific type of human need.

One of the most valuable outcomes of this course is the development of realistic, compassionate expectations for yourself and others.
As you explore your connections with others, you’ll also begin to deepen the most essential relationship of all - the one you have with yourself.
By clarifying your unique needs and recognizing your own patterns of connection, this work fosters greater self-awareness, self-respect, and emotional alignment.

You’ll learn to assess your own needs within each category, evaluate how well those needs are being met, and recognize where meaningful connections already exist—or could be built.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

* Understand the seven foundational types of relational connection.

* Identify their personal needs in each category and assess how well those needs are
currently being met.

* Use unmet needs as a guide for building new, healthy relationships.

* Apply the framework to existing relationships to clarify connection and set compassionate,
clear boundaries.

* Understand how relational needs shift over time, and how that impacts long-term compatibility
—especially in intimate partnerships.

* Use the 7 Connectors to evaluate compatibility with new and existing relationships.

* Create a shared, evolving vision of relationship success with current or future partners.

* Build a more attuned, compassionate relationship with yourself.
